Why Doesn't My Technician Have a Number on the Technician's Clock?

This issue occurs because the staff record is missing a name in the Technicians Setup tab.

To resolve this:

  1. Go to Setup > Staff Records.

  2. Navigate to the Technicians Setup tab.

  3. Enter the technician's name in the appropriate field.

The system pulls this name to display in both the Technicians Clock and the Navigator App.
