Finding the right vehicle across multiple locations has never been easier.
With Group Stock Search, you can create custom groups of branches, allowing you to search stock across multiple sites with a single selection, saving time and making it easier to locate vehicles throughout your dealership network.
What is Group Stock Search?
Instead of selecting individual branches every time you perform a stock search, Group Stock Search lets you define a collection of branches under a single group name.
For example, you could create groups such as:
- North Region
- South Region
- Premium Brands
- Used Car Centres
- Group Wide
Once configured, simply select the group when searching and Navigator will automatically include all of the branches within it.
Why Use It?
Group Stock Search is ideal for businesses with multiple locations, helping staff quickly answer questions such as:
- "Do we have this vehicle anywhere in the group?"
- "Which branch has the model I'm looking for?"
- "Can another site supply this vehicle?"
Rather than searching branch by branch, you'll receive results from every branch included in the selected group.
Simple to Set Up
Configuration is carried out by our Helpdesk.
Simply let us know:
- The name you'd like to give the group.
- The branch numbers that should be included.
We'll configure the group for you, and it will then be available to use within your stock searches.
It will then be available to select from within reports that enable multiple branches to be selected. Like your Profit Report.

Helping You Find Stock Faster
Whether you manage a handful of branches or a nationwide dealership group, Group Stock Search makes locating vehicles quicker, reduces repetitive searching, and helps your teams work more efficiently.
If you'd like to create a Group Stock Search for your business, simply contact the Navigator Helpdesk with your preferred group name and the branches you'd like to include, and we'll take care of the rest.
