Warranty labour rates and part rates are make specific in Navigator, so the make against the job is the warranty rate profile Navigator will use to calculate labour and part costs.
To amend these you will need to go into Workshop > Service Parameters > Labour Rates > Warranty Rates. Load up your make, amend the rates then save.
*manager privilege is required for this.
