To create a 'Non-Labour Line' you must go into Service Parameters > Non-Labour Charges then Create
Non labour lines are used for things that aren't necessarily booked out to a job, but do incur some sort of cost to the customer
Please note that non-labour lines cannot be split as a combination line on jobs.
