If you have a version number between 18.*.* - 23.*.* the new auto installer likely won't work anymore.
This means you'll need to install Navigator manually.
To do this go to the below website and download the software, this will then need to be run.
https://www.dmsnavigator.info/install-navigator
The first initial install might need an admin password, but after the first install it won't be needed anymore.
*Please note - Navigator support do not old any admin passwords, please contact your IT department for assistance with this*
