There's 2 different ways to do this, step 1 will remove the tech from the clock screen, but retain their clockings so they can still be reported on. Step 2 will completely remove the tech from the system and all reports (this cannot be undone)
Step 1:
Go to Service Managers Toolkit > Update > Load the tech
From this screen, remove the shift and efficiency from the tech. Then press Update.
Step 2:
From the screen above, select Delete
