You can set customised labour rates for individual customers or sales ledger accounts in Navigator. Follow the steps below based on whether you’re updating a customer or a sales ledger account.
1. Setting Labour Rates for a Customer
- Navigate to: Marketing > View Customer Prospect.
- Search for the customer by name or other identifying details and open their record.
- Go to the Profiles tab, then select Service Profile.
- Enter the desired Labour Rate.
- Click Save and Close to apply the changes.
2. Setting Labour Rates for a Sales Ledger Account
Option 1: From the Marketing Module
- Navigate to: Marketing > View Customer Prospect.
- In the Other box, enter the account number with the prefix "SL" (e.g., for account number 123, enter SL123).
- Click Search and open the corresponding record.
- Go to the Profiles tab, then select Service Profile.
- Enter the desired Labour Rate.
- Click Save and Close to apply the changes.
Option 2: From the Accounts Module
- Navigate to: Accounts > Sales Ledger.
- Load the desired account by searching for the account number.
- Go to the Details tab and click View Customer.
- Open the Profiles tab, then select Service Profile.
- Enter the desired Labour Rate.
- Click Save and Close to finalise the changes.
