How to Remove Work Types

If you need to remove a work type from Additional Job Types within the Service parameters, follow the steps below:

Go to Service > Parameters > Additional Job Types.

Locate the work type you want to remove.

Click into the relevant work type to edit it.

Delete the text from the Title field so that it is completely blank.

Click Save.

Once saved with a blank title, the work type will be removed from the available Additional Job Types.

Important: Make sure you select the correct work type before removing the title, as saving the blank title will remove it from the list.
