To amend warranty labour rates you need access to Workshop > Service Parameters.
Within there within Labour Rates > Warranty Rates, you can set the hourly labour rate and part warranty rates.
Warranty rates are split by vehicle franchise, so it is important to select the correct franchise from the drop down.
